Hello everyone, again, it feels like it has been years since I've been blogging something. Actually, I wanted to blog about so many things, but then I always pushed it aside until the idea of it was completely forgotten. I'm such a huge procrastinator! Okay my bad habit of procrastination to the side, let's move on to my quick spring favorites. I have a few things I really enjoy during spring time and I'd like to share them with you. Okay let me explain something really quick, it really has been a while since I've been blogging.. so I lost my sense of taking photos haha. All of my photos are somehow not focused, too light or whatever. It's probably because I didn't put on my glasses. I'm very sorry for that! Besides that, I think you can cleary see what I want to show hehe. I will give it a better try at my next post.
First things first, I really really like my Missha BB Cake (Misa Geum Sul Vitalizing BB Cake in NO. 13). Not only because of the gorgeous packaging (one of the main reasons why I got this tbh) but it does look really natural on my skin and it last quite long without any primer. Actually, I wasn't really fond of it first, because it did seem kind of cakey on the skin. But through trying out and experiencing myself through many ways on how to handle this BB Cake I actually found a way, because I really wanted to actually like this because of the product and not because of the packaging. So the BB Cake isn't as moist as some other cream foundations at first. You really have to warm up the product by rubbing a little bit of product with your fingers, a little goes a long way. I personally dislike the applicator it comes with so much, but using my fingers really worked some wonder. It goes on the smoothly with your fingers, rather than a sponge kind of applicator. In my opinion it has quite a medium/high coverage. So I don't need to put more concealer under or over it. The product works perfectly fine by itself without any powder. But it depends on every type of skin I guess. I have very dry skin, except for my forehead that tends to get oily sometimes. Still, I really need to moisturize my skin really well before I apply the BB Cake. Because yes, it does dry out the skin a tiny bit kind of. But it works perfectly fine with me. My friend who tried it out as well said it was drying out her skin. So I guess you just have to try it and see if it works for you. I can't really say I recommend this to everyone since I don't really know how this works on for other skin types.
Also this BB Cake provides SPF40/PA++, so it tends to be pretty light colored and might make you look pale. So I recommend using a bronzer along!

My next spring favorite is a current obsession! I love the two lipsticks from MAC Cosmetics so much  that I've been wearing them almost every day. Even now I'm wearing the MAC Lipstick NO. A84 Hot Tahiti. The bold red lipstick is in NO. AA4 Retro Matte Ruby Woo. To be honest, I didn't really like Mac Lipsticks as much first, but then I met these two colors and I literally got obsessed. They feel really soft on the lips and stay on for quite a long time. Even though it only last for like 1h on my lips haha. I have really moist lips and every freaking lipstick or even lip stain tends to fade away really quick. But I don't find a problem in reapplying them every 1-2h, so it's okay.

So my last favorite spring item is quite random. It's my "bumble bee" sunglasses. Okay, they're not really called like that actually, but I find them quite cute and they kind of look like bumble bee eyes don't they? I don't really remember where I bought them, but I think I got them in Urban Outfitters for like 20-25€. You can find these easily for less money in other stores as well. I think I saw them in H&M or Forever21 too.
These sunglasses are pretty fresh looking and really pimp up a boring outfit. Even though sometimes it can really make you look creepy, you'll still be a fashionistaaaa with these babies on! :D

Okay peeps, that's it for today!
What is your most important spring item?
Let me know hehe :)

Spring Favorites 2015

2014/10/16

Hello everyone, it's been a while since I'm working on a blog post again. Since school started again, I really didn't find any motivation to post anything haha. But since I have 2 weeks of autumn vacation now, I think I'll post more to bring my blog back to life again.
How was your october? It's not quite over yet, but til now this month was pretty messy for me. Ugh, do you know that feeling of not knowing what to do next since too much is happening at once at one certain point? My mind is a mess and I'm so confused. Other than that, we should still be positive about everything right?
So my plan for today was a "What's in my purse?", but apparently my camera is not working with me. The photos came out terribly blurry.. oh my. So that's the only photo I ended up working with.

Since my camera doesn't want to cooperate with me for today, I decided to try it tomorrow. I'll give a little sneak peek on the things I really want to blog about for the next two weeks. First things first the "What's in my purse?", cause I already planned it out. I thought about doing a video, cause it's more convenient, faster and a lot more entertaining. But I'm also absolutely not good in front of a camera, so I canceled that out. I will practice and maybe my very first video will come out soon. The next thing I thought about doing is a "Monthly Favourite" post, I posted a monthly favorite once or twice already and it was quite fun. So I thought about doing it monthly if I find the time to do so. I don't really find a lot of ideas n what to post lately, maybe reviews, DIY's, a room tour? Do you have any request? Leave your request down below, I'd love and appreciate them.

XOXO
